Memorandum of Agreement

Limitation of Liability and Terms of Service

(here-in-after referred to as “the client),being the person requesting service do acknowledge and accept that FIXit Services (here-in-after referred to as the  “the service”), while making every effort to perform the highest quality work, accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury correctly or incorrectly attributed to work carried out by the service. 

The service reserves the right to decline to render service if, in the opinion of the service, the service would be better performed by some other agency Service having greater resources.  The service reserves the right to levy a cash fee of Fifty Rand (R50-00), payable in advance and conditionally refundable, if the client is not a Grahamstown resident.   Examples of non-residents include some students and visitors to Grahamstown).

The service will levy a travel fee of Five Rand (R5-00) per kilometer.  So far as possible service will be rendered on the client’s premises.

If, after initial inspection or after further investigation, the service declines to undertake the service, no further fee whatsoever will be levied and any monies already paid by the client will; be refunded.

All fees include Value Added Tax levied at 14%
