5.  A customer was sharing a dot matrix printer between a number of office-workstations.  Although the quality of the printout was not equal to that of modern printers the media were much less expensive.  The printer was using one of the workstations as a print-server.  The noise from the printer was annoying the customers and the staff.  PC FIXit sourced a stand-alone print-server and installed the printer in a service area, separate to the office space.
