The Problem with Advancing Technology
I am not opposed to Hi-Tech Equipment: I have lived and worked with it for most of my life: My father was an Electrical Engineer. Have you noticed how people who sell technology tell us that we will "Be able to do more in less time"? The one implication is that we will then have more leisure time. It does not usually work that way, does it? We just end up doing more. Perhaps we earn more money but we stay busy.
Now we have a situation where with new hi-tech wizardry, when things go wrong, much more is at stake.
